چکیده
Herein, TiC/SiOC ceramic/glass composites with excellent electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorbing performance are fabricated by pyrolysis of polycarbosiloxane and titanium (IV) isopropoxide (TTIP). By taking advantage the polymer‐derived route, phase compositions microstructures easily tuned. The investigated X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, scanning electron microscope, transmission microscopy/energy dispersive spectroscopy. Nanoscaled TiC is formed uniformly distributed without clustering within SiOC matrix. Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) in situ XRD results revealed good thermal stability oxidation resistance mechanism. presented material system (TiC/SiOC) shows a super‐wide microwave absorption bandwidth (EAB) 13.5 GHz, including entire Ka‐band (26.5–40 GHz) low thickness requirement (<1 mm). superior EMW properties ceramics attributed to optimal interface polarization, as well ordering, concentration, interconnectivity conductive network, which all determine electrical conductivity composites.

A coordination polymer with unusual structural features from imidazolylbutyric acid and titanium isopropoxide
ABSTRACT The coordination polymer [Ti(OiPr)3(OOCCH2CH2CH2C3N2H3)] n was prepared from 4-(imidazol-1-yl)butyric acid and titanium isopropoxide. The structure of the compound is remarkable, as the carboxylate group is coordinated in a chelating manner and no dimerization of the Ti(OiPr)3 groups through OR bridges was observed. متن کاملThe electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of cement-based composites using natural magnetite powders as absorber
In order to develop a low-cost electromagnetic interference shielding and especially absorbing cement materials. In the present study, the utilization of natural magnetite in cement matrix for this purpose was investigated. The dielectric, magnetic and electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of magnetite/cement composites were characterized in the frequency range of 2.6–3.95 GHz (S band). The...
متن کاملOn the water promoted reaction of titanium isopropoxide with carbon dioxide.
Insertion of carbon dioxide into titanium isopropoxide takes place only in the presence of trace quantities of water to give an isopropyl carbonato cluster which has been crystallographically characterised.
متن کاملUnique Static Magnetic and Dynamic Electromagnetic Behaviors in Titanium Nitride/Carbon Composites Driven by Defect Engineering
Recently, the defect-induced static magnetic behaviours of nanomaterials have been a cutting-edge issue in diluted magnetic semiconductor materials. However, the dynamic magnetic properties of nanomaterials are commonly ignored if their bulk counterparts are non-magnetic. In the present research, titanium nitride-carbon (TiN/C) nanocomposites were found to exhibit both static and dynamic magnet...
متن کاملWave-Absorbing Properties of Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes Reinforced Cement-Based Composites
Multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)/Portland cement (PC) composites have been prepared to evaluate their electromagnetic wave absorbing properties. The effects of MWCNTs content and sample thickness were discussed in the frequency ranges of 2–18 GHz. Results show that the absorbing properties of cement-based composites are affected by the content of MWCNT and the thickness of the samples. When...
